It is often necessary to send real-time messages to others on the network. Goverlan provides you with a flexible interface to send real-time popup messages. With Goverlan, you can send popup messages to a single computer or set of machines, or groups.
The Send Popup Messages window is available through the Context Sensitive menu of a machine or a group. You can also access this feature by double clicking on the Send popup message icon of a computer object.

Configure the list of recipient machines by clicking on the add button located on the top right corner of the Recipients list. See Using the Select Computers feature.
Type your text message in the Message field or select a pre-configured message by clicking on the template selection button (the down arrow button).
Click on Send.
To add a new message template to the list, type the message, then click on the plus button located above the template selection button.
To remove a message template from the list, select it using the template selection button, then click on the minus button.
