Controls

The available Goverlan computer controls are:

• Remote Control
  Double click on this item to remote control the computer. It starts the Goverlan Remote Control tool and opens a connection on the computer in focus.

• Remote Administer using WMI
  Double click on this item to administer the remote machine using Windows' powerful Management Instrumentation (WMI) technology.

• Wake On LAN
  Double click on this item to send a Wake On LAN call to the remote machine.

• Shutdown Machine
  Double click on this item to configure a remote shutdown of the computer. The Shutdown Machine control is described later in this article.

• Lock Machine
  Double click on this item to set the remote computer in a locked state.

• Log-off the interactive user
  Double click on this item to configure a remote log-off of the user on the focused computer. The Log-off interactive user control is described later in this article.
